I was training some new Customer Service Representatives the other day, a task I take very seriously, and came across some customer service atrocities I thought I would share. If you recognize some of the bad behavior I list below, then you should consider making some changes.

If your site sells custom rocking horses (in the shape of cottontail rabbits) setting up an affiliate program for sites about children and children's toys would help sales.

Of course these all are in no particular order. Each truck is an excellent buy. What truck a customer picks up is solely based on personal preference. The 2011 season looks to be promising and let's hope it stays that way.
