I was training some new Customer Service Representatives the other day, a task I take very seriously, and came across some customer service atrocities I thought I would share. If you recognize some of the bad behavior I list below, then you should consider making some changes.

I can't do anything about that but I can keep my eyes open and when I see a little bubble under the paint I can repair it immediately or wait another couple of years.

Creating a truck is fun, but without sufficient money you may never realize this dream. The following are some of the prerequisites that you will need to spend your cash in.

Generally they are installed to level the truck in the front to help the appearance of the wheels look the same in all the wheel wells. Of course these all are in no particular order. Each truck is an excellent buy. What truck a customer picks up is solely based on personal preference. The 2011 season looks to be promising and let's hope it stays that way.
