I was training some new Customer Service Representatives the other day, a task I take very seriously, and came across some customer service atrocities I thought I would share. If you recognize some of the bad behavior I list below, then you should consider making some changes.

Does affiliate marketing ever make sense? Yes, provided both the affiliate and the merchant are selective. If you have a website about chocolate, being an affiliate of Godiva or even Hershey's would make sense. I might even click that affiliate link if your site had useful or entertaining information. If your site sells custom rocking horses (in the shape of cottontail rabbits) setting up an affiliate program for sites about children and children's toys would help sales.

Accessory # 4 - Leveling Kits. These are very popular accessories for Chevy owners. Generally they are installed to level the truck in the front to help the appearance of the wheels look the same in all the wheel wells. Just a note on front bumpers guys they can be adjusted forward to help accommodate a slightly lager tire. The biggest downfall with a buy chevy truck z71 is the small wheel wells and this limits tire size and this si where the bumper adjustment and leveling kit will help.

If painting a car the same color ( maybe you have a few bodywork primer areas) no biggie, Most times, 2-2.5 quarts will be plenty. As you may have already learned on this site, basecoat is always mixed to a 1/1 ratio. So if you have 2 quarts of base, it will make a gallon of sprayable material. If you have a litre of base, it will give you two litre of sprayable material after being reduced with your reducer. Are you with me? if not, just comment below.

Of course these all are in no particular order. Each truck is an excellent buy. What truck a customer picks up is solely based on personal preference. The 2011 season looks to be promising and let's hope it stays that way.
