I was training some new Customer Service Representatives the other day, a task I take very seriously, and came across some customer service atrocities I thought I would share. If you recognize some of the bad behavior I list below, then you should consider making some changes.

When buying from a Chevy Truck Deal ask for the Buying Guide, federal law says they have to show it to you.

I have to tell you that I was stunned and amazed when we were in the final laps Sunday afternoon. I was driving the last hour when I got flagged for a violation. The judge said "Dude you gotta get this piece of junk back on the track" so we worked our penalty and were on the finishing lap.

The Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol said that their officer was dispatched to FM 1836 near FM 1895 just southeast of Kaufman County at 7:22 a.m. for a two vehicle collision between a chevy truck lift kits and a Dodge.

She is still young, still looking for that "real" man. Teens undergo the constant search for a real man or at least a boyfriend to call their own, but in the meantime, according to this ad, they will have to settle for a real smoke.
