I was training some new Customer Service Representatives the other day, a task I take very seriously, and came across some customer service atrocities I thought I would share. If you recognize some of the bad behavior I list below, then you should consider making some changes.

True Friendly..!!!! Midway Automotive servicing the Boston MA spot is the coolest of all the employed automobile dealers around. The automobile salesmen are super laid back and Real friendly. But I don't have any illusions. There is no corrosion to be seen on my Chevy Truck Deal now but nature is working and rust will come back. Old truck rust always comes back. It may be already developing in unseen places like under the cab, inside the fenders, under the cargo bed and so on. I can't do anything about that but I can keep my eyes open and when I see a little bubble under the paint I can repair it immediately or wait another couple of years.

If painting a medium sized car a totally different color and you're doing door jambs, under the hood, trunk etc... 3 quarts will be enough. It will give you 1.5 gallons of paint to spray with. That's a lot.

THE ETTAMOGAH PUB is a quirky icon that has a 1927 buy chevy truck quality on top of its bright red roof. It is open every day from 9am until late but closes on Christmas Day. Bluey's Bar and Grill, located upstairs in the Ettamogah Pub, is open daily for lunch and dinner from 11am to 8pm but is closed on Christmas Day.

This advertisement features a man and a woman playing football. The man is lifting the woman into the air. Both are laughing and full of excitement. The scene takes place in an open field, but the background is hazy to reduce its importance. Both the man and the woman are dirty from the football they have been playing. The woman's armpit is located within inches of the man's face.

American Graffiti (1973) - Was this really a surprise to any of you? Nothing but classic cars, cruising, great music, humor, a few races and lots of fun! We get a nice but piss yellow 32 Ford powered by a 327, a 58 Chevy Bel Air also powered by a 327, a girl in a 56 T-bird and a Black 55 Chevy (actually the same one from Two Lane Blacktop). This movie really is all about cars, not coming of age. The movie ends with a great showdown between the 32 Ford and the 55 Chevy!
