I was training some new Customer Service Representatives the other day, a task I take very seriously, and came across some customer service atrocities I thought I would share. If you recognize some of the bad behavior I list below, then you should consider making some changes.

I have to tell you that I was stunned and amazed when we were in the final laps Sunday afternoon. I was driving the last hour when I got flagged for a violation. The judge said "Dude you gotta get this piece of junk back on the track" so we worked our penalty and were on the finishing lap.

My brother was nine years old when this happened. People say children have imaginations and I would accept this as such were it not so detailed. This truck was never mentioned because in my grandma's mind it was practically a forgotten memory. No pictures of the truck existed. I have viewed every photo my grandmother owns many times and I have never seen an old fashioned chevy truck bed in any of the photos. How could my brother have known about that truck when it was a part of his grandfather's life twenty-five years before he was born?

If painting a car the same color ( maybe you have a few bodywork primer areas) no biggie, Most times, 2-2.5 quarts will be plenty. As you may have already learned on this site, basecoat is always mixed to a 1/1 ratio. So if you have 2 quarts of base, it will make a gallon of sprayable material. American Graffiti (1973) - Was this really a surprise to any of you? Nothing but classic cars, cruising, great music, humor, a few races and lots of fun! We get a nice but piss yellow 32 Ford powered by a 327, a 58 Chevy Bel Air also powered by a 327, a girl in a 56 T-bird and a Black 55 Chevy (actually the same one from Two Lane Blacktop). This movie really is all about cars, not coming of age. The movie ends with a great showdown between the 32 Ford and the 55 Chevy!
