I was training some new Customer Service Representatives the other day, a task I take very seriously, and came across some customer service atrocities I thought I would share. If you recognize some of the bad behavior I list below, then you should consider making some changes.

For example, men drinking beers with buddies, or working on their cars, or playing a sport, but few advertisements feature women by themselves, or with a group of other women, with no men in sight. This certainly denotes the increasing individuality and power of women. They no longer need a man's support all Chevy Truck Deal of the time. They can and will do things on their own.

Also during the test drive, go up hills and in curves see if it has enough power in the motor to get you around. Don't turn on the radio; you need it to be quiet to see if there are any strange noises from the motor. Make sure the car handles well and does not need to be lined up. Make sure any dealer oral promises are written down and signed for so they have to back up their promises.

THE ETTAMOGAH PUB is a quirky icon that has a 1927 buy chevy truck keys on top of its bright red roof. It is open every day from 9am until late but closes on Christmas Day. Bluey's Bar and Grill, located upstairs in the Ettamogah Pub, is open daily for lunch and dinner from 11am to 8pm but is closed on Christmas Day.

As we were leaving the parking lot of our favorite burger joint, all of a sudden the engine revved, and my foot slipped off the clutch pedal! Well Imagine My Surprise !

American Graffiti (1973) - Was this really a surprise to any of you? Nothing but classic cars, cruising, great music, humor, a few races and lots of fun! We get a nice but piss yellow 32 Ford powered by a 327, a 58 Chevy Bel Air also powered by a 327, a girl in a 56 T-bird and a Black 55 Chevy (actually the same one from Two Lane Blacktop). This movie really is all about cars, not coming of age. The movie ends with a great showdown between the 32 Ford and the 55 Chevy!
