I was training some new Customer Service Representatives the other day, a task I take very seriously, and came across some customer service atrocities I thought I would share. If you recognize some of the bad behavior I list below, then you should consider making some changes.

Accessory # 4 - Leveling Kits. These are very popular accessories for Chevy owners. Generally they are installed to level the truck in the front to help the appearance of the wheels look the same in all the wheel wells. The GMC also has the most accessible and comfortable third row I have ever experienced in my whole life. Yes, adults can actually ride in the back without needing a chiropractor visit. Yet the Acadia is small enough that I have never almost been mowed down by one in a supermarket parking lot.
