I was training some new Customer Service Representatives the other day, a task I take very seriously, and came across some customer service atrocities I thought I would share. If you recognize some of the bad behavior I list below, then you should consider making some changes.

Accessory # 4 - Leveling Kits. These are very popular accessories for Chevy owners. Generally they are installed to level the truck in the front to help the appearance of the wheels look the same in all the wheel wells. Just a note on front bumpers guys they can be adjusted forward to help accommodate a slightly lager tire. The biggest downfall with a buy chevy truck motors is the small wheel wells and this limits tire size and this si where the bumper adjustment and leveling kit will help.

Power may not be the most important consideration in a truck. Many drivers buy Chevy trucks with an eye on towing capacity, only to waste the extra power without getting any real use out of it. Buyers should always pay attention to things like fuel efficiency, as this may end up greatly impacting the value of the vehicle.
