I was training some new Customer Service Representatives the other day, a task I take very seriously, and came across some customer service atrocities I thought I would share. If you recognize some of the bad behavior I list below, then you should consider making some changes.

E-tailers don't realize that online competitors and bricks and mortar retailers are not their greatest enemy. That distinction belongs to stasis. The easiest thing for a risk-aversive customer to do is... nothing. You get to see and hear a nice 55 Chevy almost every scene as well as a GTO. The movie opens with a Drag Race and ends with one!

My brother was nine years old when this happened. People say children have imaginations and I would accept this as such were it not so detailed. This truck was never mentioned because in my grandma's mind it was practically a forgotten memory. No pictures of the truck existed. I have viewed every photo my grandmother owns many times and I have never seen an old fashioned chevy truck year changes in any of the photos. How could my brother have known about that truck when it was a part of his grandfather's life twenty-five years before he was born?

As we were leaving the parking lot of our favorite burger joint, all of a sudden the engine revved, and my foot slipped off the clutch pedal! Well Imagine My Surprise !

Of course these all are in no particular order. Each truck is an excellent buy. What truck a customer picks up is solely based on personal preference. The 2011 season looks to be promising and let's hope it stays that way.
