I was training some new Customer Service Representatives the other day, a task I take very seriously, and came across some customer service atrocities I thought I would share. If you recognize some of the bad behavior I list below, then you should consider making some changes.

Many advertisements feature men doing something besides being with a woman. For example, men drinking beers with buddies, or working on their cars, or playing a sport, but few advertisements feature women by themselves, or with a group of other women, with no men in sight. This certainly denotes the increasing individuality and power of women. They no longer need a man's support all Chevy Truck Deal of the time. They can and will do things on their own.

Two-Lane Blacktop (1971) - Who needs plots? This movie doesn't! All we need is a Driver, a Mechanic, a Girl, a guy with a GTO, a 55 Chevy gasser and a few random hitch hikers to make a great car movie! This movie is all about cars and nothing else! You get to see and hear a nice 55 Chevy almost every scene as well as a GTO. The movie opens with a Drag Race and ends with one!

THE ETTAMOGAH PUB is a quirky icon that has a 1927 buy chevy truck lift kits on top of its bright red roof. It is open every day from 9am until late but closes on Christmas Day. Bluey's Bar and Grill, located upstairs in the Ettamogah Pub, is open daily for lunch and dinner from 11am to 8pm but is closed on Christmas Day.

To sum this up, do some homework in advance on any dealer, then check out the car you want. A little investigating on the vehicle will save you money and time in the long run.
