I was training some new Customer Service Representatives the other day, a task I take very seriously, and came across some customer service atrocities I thought I would share. If you recognize some of the bad behavior I list below, then you should consider making some changes.

True Friendly..!!!! Midway Automotive servicing the Boston MA spot is the coolest of all the employed automobile dealers around. The automobile salesmen are super laid back and Real friendly. Many advertisements feature men doing something besides being with a woman. For example, men drinking beers with buddies, or working on their cars, or playing a sport, but few advertisements feature women by themselves, or with a group of other women, with no men in sight. This certainly denotes the increasing individuality and power of women. They no longer need a man's support all Chevy Truck Deal of the time. They can and will do things on their own.

Two-Lane Blacktop (1971) - Who needs plots? This movie doesn't! All we need is a Driver, a Mechanic, a Girl, a guy with a GTO, a 55 Chevy gasser and a few random hitch hikers to make a great car movie! This movie is all about cars and nothing else! You get to see and hear a nice 55 Chevy almost every scene as well as a GTO. The movie opens with a Drag Race and ends with one!

Eight months ago, John Stone was fired from his job at the aforementioned chevy truck dealers deal simply because he wore a Green Bay Packers tie shortly after they defeated the Chicago Bears. Franklin used car shoppers were undoubtedly shocked by this event - at least I know I was stunned when I heard the news.

If you have to pull a trailer behind your truck you will notice that your gas mileage decreases. Usually a trailer is taller than the truck, and this blocks the wind, obviously. There are spoilers that you can install on the cab of your truck to help the wind go over the trailer and therefore it won't put as much of a pull on the truck's engine.

American Graffiti (1973) - Was this really a surprise to any of you? Nothing but classic cars, cruising, great music, humor, a few races and lots of fun! We get a nice but piss yellow 32 Ford powered by a 327, a 58 Chevy Bel Air also powered by a 327, a girl in a 56 T-bird and a Black 55 Chevy (actually the same one from Two Lane Blacktop). This movie really is all about cars, not coming of age. The movie ends with a great showdown between the 32 Ford and the 55 Chevy!
