I was training some new Customer Service Representatives the other day, a task I take very seriously, and came across some customer service atrocities I thought I would share. If you recognize some of the bad behavior I list below, then you should consider making some changes.

My brother was nine years old when this happened. People say children have imaginations and I would accept this as such were it not so detailed. This truck was never mentioned because in my grandma's mind it was practically a forgotten memory. No pictures of the truck existed. I have viewed every photo my grandmother owns many times and I have never seen an old fashioned chevy truck models list in any of the photos. How could my brother have known about that truck when it was a part of his grandfather's life twenty-five years before he was born?

In those days, I knew a young man, older than me, who drove a white 1957 Chevrolet that had power-pack heads with a four barrel carburetor, dual exhausts, and automatic, all housed in a four door hardtop body painted white. If I remember correctly, his name was Kenneth King.
