I was training some new Customer Service Representatives the other day, a task I take very seriously, and came across some customer service atrocities I thought I would share. If you recognize some of the bad behavior I list below, then you should consider making some changes.

So, you are going to want to find a dealer that offers you the best special pricing and financing on both used and new cars. With the right sales representative, you can find the car you want and at a price you need. With online and in person representation, you are sure to get all of your questions answered promptly. You can also log on to the internet and once you have found the car you want, you can pre-approve yourself for it. Then, all you need to do is go to the dealership and sign some papers and you are off in your new car.

This movie really is all about cars, not coming of age. The movie ends with a great showdown between the 32 Ford and the 55 Chevy!
