I was training some new Customer Service Representatives the other day, a task I take very seriously, and came across some customer service atrocities I thought I would share. If you recognize some of the bad behavior I list below, then you should consider making some changes.

The retail network would open a ready-made floodgate for a host of new foreign competition to its current market position. Think China and India. If you're buying from a dealer ask to see the maintenance record. Also ask for this from an individual selling a car. If they don't have it, ask for contact information on the previous owner and where any service had been done. When buying from a Chevy Truck Deal ask for the Buying Guide, federal law says they have to show it to you.

The Ford Flex stands out because it offers minivan like room for seven yet it isn't one. It also isn't really a wagon or an SUV. Who cares what it is because all that matters is what it can do. The Flex has a versatile, well built and stylish interior. It is also available with the same 3.5 liter 346 horsepower Ecoboost motor from the Taurus SHO. That makes the Flex the muscle car of this grouping.

My brother was nine years old when this happened. People say children have imaginations and I would accept this as such were it not so detailed. This truck was never mentioned because in my grandma's mind it was practically a forgotten memory. No pictures of the truck existed. I have viewed every photo my grandmother owns many times and I have never seen an old fashioned chevy trucks 2016 in any of the photos. How could my brother have known about that truck when it was a part of his grandfather's life twenty-five years before he was born?

You work hard for your money, and you deserve the best deals available to you for that money. So, you are going to want to find a dealer that offers you the best special pricing and financing on both used and new cars. With the right sales representative, you can find the car you want and at a price you need. With online and in person representation, you are sure to get all of your questions answered promptly. You can also log on to the internet and once you have found the car you want, you can pre-approve yourself for it. Then, all you need to do is go to the dealership and sign some papers and you are off in your new car.
