I was training some new Customer Service Representatives the other day, a task I take very seriously, and came across some customer service atrocities I thought I would share. If you recognize some of the bad behavior I list below, then you should consider making some changes.

While making the purchase you should keep in mind the feel, condition of the car parts, the fuel efficiency as well as the quality of the car. As the car manufacturers are making fuel efficient cars these days, this factor is important to take care of while Buy Chevy Truck a used car. The rising prices of fuels will bother you if this point is missed. Towing capacity and precise turning are other features to keep in mind while you go to buy a car. As you may have already learned on this site, basecoat is always mixed to a 1/1 ratio. So if you have 2 quarts of base, it will make a gallon of sprayable material.
