I was training some new Customer Service Representatives the other day, a task I take very seriously, and came across some customer service atrocities I thought I would share. If you recognize some of the bad behavior I list below, then you should consider making some changes.

This certainly denotes the increasing individuality and power of women. They no longer need a man's support all Chevy Truck Deal of the time. They can and will do things on their own.

The automaker is constantly upgrading Ford F-150 buy chevy truck to further improve the vehicle's performance and charisma. However, other truck competitors are eyeing on F-150 to come up with something better. This has started the ongoing battle of the trucks.

But don't head on down to your local chevy truck lease deal just yet for a Suburban. Just because there are lots of play dates in your schedule doesn't mean you have to spend all of your money on gas. Also, just because you need lots of cargo/human room does not mean you have to dread driving the "family car." Trust me, I have road tested a number of surprisingly quick and agile family vehicles this year.

Four wheel drive is a popular option on Chevy trucks, but affects truck handling and may not be worth the extra money. Drivers should test drive both two and four wheel drive trucks.

Of course these all are in no particular order. Each truck is an excellent buy. What truck a customer picks up is solely based on personal preference. The 2011 season looks to be promising and let's hope it stays that way.
