I was training some new Customer Service Representatives the other day, a task I take very seriously, and came across some customer service atrocities I thought I would share. If you recognize some of the bad behavior I list below, then you should consider making some changes.

In fact, a lot of companies have more items online than what they carry in the store. This is because they can store all their Chevy Truck Deal items in warehouses and ship from there. If painting a medium sized car a totally different color and you're doing door jambs, under the hood, trunk etc... 3 quarts will be enough. It will give you 1.5 gallons of paint to spray with. That's a lot.

My brother was nine years old when this happened. People say children have imaginations and I would accept this as such were it not so detailed.
