I was training some new Customer Service Representatives the other day, a task I take very seriously, and came across some customer service atrocities I thought I would share. If you recognize some of the bad behavior I list below, then you should consider making some changes.

I am very pleased with the Auto Tech Clinic located on Michigan Avenue at Telegraph Road in Dearborn, Michigan. They have supplied me with great service time and time again. Prior to this visit, I had only had oil changes and brakes done at this shop and was always pleased. In fact, last year I took my car in for brakes, which I thought I needed. The Auto Tech technician, on that day, came out to tell me I didn't need brakes at that time. He could have easily sold me the brakes, my car had 60,000 miles on it and the original brakes were still on it. I would have never questioned the repair, but he chose to be honest, and I got another 12,000 miles on those brakes before I returned to have them replaced. Auto Tech gave me a great price on that Buy Chevy Truck brake job too.

Joe noted her fear. She had that chill that only fear can bring to your body. Joe spoke "Ma'am I'm here to help you. Won't you wait in the car where it's warm." Joe crawled on his belly to find the place to put the jack, skinned his knuckles changing the tire. As Joe was tightening the lug nuts the old gal rolled down her window and Chevy Truck Deal began to talk with him. She expressed her gratitude for his help and asked if she could pay him.

Does affiliate marketing ever make sense? Yes, provided both the affiliate and the merchant are selective. If you have a website about chocolate, being an affiliate of Godiva or even Hershey's would make sense. I might even click that affiliate link if your site had useful or entertaining information. If your site sells custom rocking horses (in the shape of cottontail rabbits) setting up an affiliate program for sites about children and children's toys would help sales.

My brother was nine years old when this happened. People say children have imaginations and I would accept this as such were it not so detailed. This truck was never mentioned because in my grandma's mind it was practically a forgotten memory. No pictures of the truck existed. I have viewed every photo my grandmother owns many times and I have never seen an old fashioned chevy truck value in any of the photos. How could my brother have known about that truck when it was a part of his grandfather's life twenty-five years before he was born?

She is still young, still looking for that "real" man. Teens undergo the constant search for a real man or at least a boyfriend to call their own, but in the meantime, according to this ad, they will have to settle for a real smoke.
