I was training some new Customer Service Representatives the other day, a task I take very seriously, and came across some customer service atrocities I thought I would share. If you recognize some of the bad behavior I list below, then you should consider making some changes.

If painting a medium sized car a totally different color and you're doing door jambs, under the hood, trunk etc... 3 quarts will be enough. It will give you 1.5 gallons of paint to spray with. That's a lot.

Eight months ago, John Stone was fired from his job at the aforementioned chevy truck models deal simply because he wore a Green Bay Packers tie shortly after they defeated the Chicago Bears. Franklin used car shoppers were undoubtedly shocked by this event - at least I know I was stunned when I heard the news.

If you have to pull a trailer behind your truck you will notice that your gas mileage decreases. Usually a trailer is taller than the truck, and this blocks the wind, obviously. There are spoilers that you can install on the cab of your truck to help the wind go over the trailer and therefore it won't put as much of a pull on the truck's engine.
